Vito’s has taken the privacy and protection of our customer’s privacy and credit information seriously.

We will only email you to confirm we received an order, to communicate problems with orders (the phone is used as first method of communications so give us more than one number to reach you with if possible) and that the order was shipped with the UPS tracking number.

We will not send you sales information type email communications without your consent. Become an email recipient by checking the members box in your customer profile information, above your user name and password.

We will purge all credit card information from your orders in our shopping cart the day it is processed. Your order history will be kept for an undetermined time frame-space permitting.

We use manual credit card processes to verify card purchase authenticity and will call the issuing bank for more information if needed. No robot computers charging you automatically here.

You will always have to enter credit card information for each order. We will never sell, share or distribute any information about you EVER. Nothing on paper will ever leave our possession without shredding.
