General Shipping Information

 We ship in the continental USA with the United Parcel Service (Inside USA) and Internationally (Outside USA) with the United States Postal Service. All Website orders are processed Monday – Friday 9am Eastern Standard Time. So if you put your order in at 9:30 am Monday the order will be processed 9 am Tuesday or if on Saturday it will be Monday.

As a rule we have always strived to get all orders out the day we process them without backorders.

Ground shipping time from our area breaks down like this:

• West Coast 7 days
• West central 4 days
• Southern coast 4 days
• East Coast 2-3 days
• Mid states 2-3 days
• Lower Michigan-Ohio 1 day

Remember to refer to the above time frame when you choose your method of shipment

You could choose to expedite a package that will get to in time on the ground

International orders due to their complexity take obviously longer and are shipped promptly with in 24 hours of payment notification from our bank.
